PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The Bake Hand Car Wash is happy to offer our professional carwash establishment and name for community fundraising carwashes.

We will provide the trained carwash employees needed to perform the driving, prewash prepping, and hand mitting on the carwash conveyor.

The Community Fundraising Group will provide the personnel to perform the vacuuming and finish drying and cleaning.

SUCCESSFUL CAR WASH GUIDELINES
Bake Hand Car Wash will provide you with 300 to 400 tickets. Tickets are to be sold by Fundraising Volunteers 4 to 6 weeks in advance. The $19.99 Silver Wash will be sold at a special price of $12.00. The Charity Ticket is good for only the night that your charity is signed up for, and only for that night (Please explain this when selling the tickets).

Most groups choose to sell between 300 and 400 tickets. There is however a requirement to sell at least 300 tickets. The reason for the 300 ticket requirement is to recover the minimum car wash expenses of product and labor. Each group will keep the first $7.50 and reimburse the Bake Hand Car Wash $4.50 for each carwash ticket sold. Listed below is a description of what the Silver carwash package includes:

Any unsold tickets must be turned in along with a check for the total amount within two weeks after the event. Additionally, the Fundraiser Group will be allowed to sell wash tickets on the event night to additional cars coming after 6:00P.M. We normally close at this time, however many of our customers see the activity of automobiles and come in thinking we are still open. The greeters and ticket takers should please clarify that this is now a special fundraiser event and the proceeds go to the community group, and not Bake Hand Car Wash. A similar $4.50 fee will be paid to Bake Hand Car Wash for these additional washes purchased on the night of your event.

EARNING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
Included with your tickets will be an additional opportunity to assist your group in raising money. Encourage each person buying a ticket to redeem the attached coupon when purchasing a regularly priced $19.99 Silver Wash within 30 days. A rebate of $5.00 offering will be valid for 30 days from the "FUNDRAISER" event, thus providing a redemption opportunity to each and every one of your ticket purchasers for up to 1 month after your fundraiser. Your group could earn extra dollars if this is properly emphasized by your ticket sellers.

VOLUNTEER REQUIRED
A minimum of 15 people not including Adult Team Leaders. Due to insurance restrictions, youths less than 14 years of age are not permitted.
